Shipping policy

We offer free standard delivery for all orders within Europe and the United Kingdom.  We also offer free standard delivery for Worldwide orders above £150 equivalent.  In other cases a contribution toward the shipping cost will be added at checkout.

Standard delivery times are up to 3 days for UK, up to 5 days for Europe, up to 7 days for North America and up to 10 days for the rest of the world

These delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail but customs checks and local courier processing in some countries could result in longer shipping times. If you're concerned that your order is delayed please email info@invani.cc quoting your order number in the subject header. Please note that international orders are not counted as lost until 25 days after dispatch so until this time INVANI will not be able to take any action.  Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Depending on the value of your order and country you live in, you may be liable to customs charges or local import duties as levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority. This is a legal requirement and the charges are the buyers responsibility.  For deliveries to the EU please read our policy as it relates to this here. 

A confirmation email will be sent out once your order has been dispatched.
